Batch Thumbnails AUTO — queued thumbnail generator

Point to a folder with dozens or hundreds of videos and the program creates a thumbnail for each one on its own: it watch the video to understand the subject, write a persuasive headline, generate (or select) the background image and design the stylized text. Each file comes out as JPG 1280x720 com o mesmo nome do vídeo, ready for the upload robot to match thumbnail and video automatically.

How to access

It is a computer program (Windows). After installing, open the shortcut Batch Thumbnails AUTO (or the file abrir.bat, if using the source version). The panel opens by itself in your browser at http://127.0.0.1:48860. Everything runs on your machine — no videos are sent to the server.

First use: Paste your serial number on the activation screen. API keys are automatically downloaded from your dashboard — you don't need to enter any keys.

What the program does

1. Watch the video before writing (Vision AI)

The program extracts frames scattered throughout the video (outside the cover and credits) and sends it to an AI with vision, which describes the real subject, the scene, the mood and any text that appears on the screen — track name, number, title.

Benefit: It's what separates a killer headline from a generic one. Without this, all videos in the folder receive the same context and come out with similar, vague titles. With this, each thumbnail speaks of what is really in that video.

2. Write the headline with a high CTR standard

The AI returns the sentence broken into 2 or 3 short lines that read as a single sentence, plus a supporting stamp. Example: COMO CRIAR / CANAL DARK / DE MÚSICAS + seal PASSO A PASSO COMPLETO.

The program automatically rejects empty AI jargon ("discover the truth", "immerse yourself in the sonic journey", "you won't believe it"), hyperbolic adjective without fact ("incredible", "shocking") and headline made only of generic words. When it rejects, it explains the reason to the AI ​​and asks for another one — up to 3 attempts.

Benefit: text that speaks to the content and keeps the click, instead of the robot text that the viewer has already learned to ignore.

3. Never repeat headline or scene in the same row

The program stores everything you have already used in the queue and prohibits repetition or near-repetition, both in the text and in the description of the generated image.

Benefit: A channel with 100 videos does not have 100 cloned thumbnails — which is what brings down the CTR of an automated channel.

4. Four image engines (including two for free)

Benefit: you choose between spending little, spending nothing or prioritizing quality, without changing programs. If an engine fails in the middle of the queue, it falls by itself to another instead of stopping.

5. "Image folder" mode — draw without repeating

Point, for example, to the initial frames folder of your videos. The program shuffles the list once and consumes it without replacement: each video receives a different image and none is repeated. It will only be repeated if you select the reuse option.

Benefit: zero image API spend. Ideal for those who already have an art bank ready.

6. Draw text locally, in two styles

The text is always drawn by the program, never by the image AI (image AI writes crooked letters). The size of each row is actually calculated to fit, the black/white contrast is automatically chosen by the color of the box, and the row switches between layout variations on its own.

Benefit: text always legible on the cell phone's small thumbnail, which is where the click happens.

7. Smart Folder Scan

It works both with videos placed in a folder and with a project structure (one subfolder per episode). In deep mode it goes into subfolders, ignores b-roll and raw folders, and chooses the final video of each folder — not the backing clips.

8. Take advantage of .txt files you already have (sidecar)

If there is a .txt in the same folder as the video, the program reads it and uses it as context. It recognizes names like nome-do-video.txt, nome-do-video_SEO.txt, roteiro.txt, and understands sections such as Title, Description, Hashtags, Thumbnail Hook and Thumbnail Prompt (also in English). Debug and assignment files are ignored.

Benefit: Anyone who already generates SEO in another program reuses everything without reworking.

9. Optional speech transcription

For spoken videos, the program can extract the audio and transcribe with AssemblyAI, using the spoken content as extra context for the headline. Off by default (music video doesn't need it).

10. Skip what is already ready

If the video already has a JPG with the same name next to it, it is ignored — unless you check overwrite.

Benefit: You can rotate the same folder several times as new videos arrive, without redoing or wasting time again.

11. Live tracking

Queue with the status of each item (in line, watching, thinking, generating, writing, ready, error), progress bar, counter, detailed log and gallery with thumbnails already generated. You can stop the queue at any time and clear the list.

12. Meta AI Account Manager

For the free engine: create profiles, log in once to each account (cookies are saved), delete accounts and import profiles you already have in META FLASK. The program rotates between accounts and respects the waiting time for each one.

13. Native Windows Folder Picker

The button Search opens Windows' own folder window, with Quick Access and favorites. If for some reason it doesn't open, an internal browser comes with shortcuts (Desktop, Downloads, Documents, Videos, Images, OneDrive) and a field to paste the path.

Required API Keys

You need at least one text key (to write the headline and watch the video). The image key is only needed if you use OpenRouter or kie.ai as the engine.

Using the engine Image folder and by keeping a single text key, you generate unlimited thumbnails for practically nothing.
