? Installation and first use

1. Unzip the entire folder in one place of yours: Desktop, Documents or C:\ViralVerticalVideos. Do not run from within the .zip and avoid "C:\Program Files" (Windows blocks writing there).
2. Double click ViralVerticalVideos.exe. You don't need to install Python, ffmpeg or anything — everything is already included.
3. A black window What opens is the server: leave it open. In a few seconds the browser opens by itself.
4. If it doesn't open by itself, go to 127.0.0.1:48910. It's normal: the program runs on your PC.
5. Paste yours serial number on the activation screen. Stay safe — you only do it once.
6. To actually close, use ⚙️ Settings → ⏻ Close app. Just closing the browser tab leaves the program running.

Requirements: Windows 10 or 11, internet (license, AI and search) and disk space for videos. An NVIDIA/Intel/AMD graphics card speeds up rendering, but it is not mandatory — without a GPU, it renders one video at a time, without slowing down the PC. How to register any key — the step by step is always the same:

1. Generate the key on the service website (links below).

3. Paste the key into the field and save to the red button.
4. Back in the program, open ⚙️ Settings → API Keys for your account and check if the key appears in the list. If it doesn't appear, click ? Restart app.

▶️ Path 1 — Trends and News (fastest)

It's the way to go from zero to your first video in minutes: let the program find the subject.

1. Abra ? Trends or ? News in the left menu.
2. Enter the subject of your channel (e.g.: GTA VI, football, new iPhone) and choose where to search: YouTube, Google News, Bing, Web or all.
3. Click + Project in the result that interests you. The program reads the material and assembles an already completed project — niche, theme and master prompt written by the AI.

• + Video project — extracts the transcript of that YouTube video.
• + Channel design — studies the most viewed videos on the channel and writes the master prompt in his style.
• + News project — journalistic format, with photos and videos of the body of the article itself becoming scenes.

1. Use the field "Where to put the material" for add what you just studied to a project that already exists, instead of creating a new one with each research.
2. Go to the tab 2. Ideas → ? Generate ideas → mark the good ones → ? Produce selected.

In the News tab there is also the ? Search for similar news e o ➕ Expand project: it brings new stories from another angle and the AI rewrites the basic script. The project never dies for lack of subject.

? Path 2 — Design from scratch (full control)

1. ? Projects → + New project.
2. Tab 1. Configuration: fill in name, niche, main theme, language, country, duration (default 25 to 40 s), format (vertical 9:16 or horizontal 16:9) and the master prompt — explain the style, type of hook and call to action. It is this text that gives the channel its personality.
3. Sources: point out your folders — videos, music, knowledge (TXT/PDF/DOCX), output and CTA (clips that appear at the end of the video). Then click ?️ Index videos folder e ? Index knowledge folder once per folder.

• XTTS (cloned voice) — the narration becomes the your voice. In ⚙️ Settings → Voice Cloning, click ⬇ Install XTTS (once) and send a clean 6-30 second sample with no music in the background. If for some reason XTTS fails on a video, it uses Edge and warns you — production doesn't stop.

? Subtitles and headline

• Choose the rhythm: word for word, 2 words, 3 words (karaoke) or short phrase.
• Times go out of own narration, not by kick — the subtitle falls along with the speech from the beginning to the end of the video.
• A headline is fixed at the top, with the words interspersed in white and in the chosen color (yellow, lime green, orange, red or just white).

✂️ Cutting, scenes and templates

• min/max cut (default 1.2s to 2.8s) sets the pace of the video. Low values ​​= faster.
• Chop downloaded footage — slices each video into several random chunks before assembling. Without this, the short repeats the same 3 or 5 scenes.
• Scenes mode: random without repetition, semantic (uses tags) or sequential.
• Ready-made templates: Breaking News, Curiosity, Comparison, List, Real or Fake, Theory, Brainrot / Accelerated, Short Story, Vibe Edit (no narration) and Informative Gameplay.
• Music: random from your folder for each video, or fixed. The default volume (0.30) already leaves the narration at the front.

• It doesn't use an API or OAuth: each account is its own browser profile. You enter once and your login is saved.
• Tab ▶️ YouTube → + Add account → ? To enter → Log in to Google in the window that opens. Channels are detected alone.
• In the project, card "▶️ Climb alone on the YouTube": choose the channel, visibility and rhythm (e.g.: 2 per day from 9 am, or fixed days of the week). The preview shows the exact dates before saving.
• He never schedule early in the morning (window from 06:00 to 22:00) and never upload two videos at the same time from the same channel. If you don't find a time, the video will go up private — publishing accidentally is damage that cannot be undone.
• Vertical with less than 3 minutes enters as Shorts. Sending error does not take down production: the video is saved and the item gets a button ↻ Retry.

⏳ Queue and history

• Pause and continue the queue whenever you want; Filter by running, completed or cancelled.
• ✂ Take repeats cancels the same queued video more than once, without touching what is already rendering.
• In ⚙️ Settings → Simultaneous renderings you choose how many videos play at the same time (automatic detects your GPU).

? Updating to a new version (don't lose your data)

The new version comes in a new, empty folder. Everything you own — activated serial, logged in Meta AI accounts, YouTube cookies, cloned voices, projects, ideas and history — stays in the old folder. Do it like this:

1. In the old version: ⚙️ Settings → ? Backup and restore your data → Generate backup.... A file comes out .vvvbak.
2. In the new version, choose one of two paths:

• Without clicking anything: rename the file to RESTAURAR_MEUS_DADOS.vvvbak, place it in the new program folder and open the program. It restores itself on the first start.
• By button: Settings → Restore from a file... → choose .vvvbak. The app restarts and comes back with everything.

The change only happens on restart, on purpose: with the app open, the bank and browser profiles are in use and the copy would be half-complete. Before overwriting, it saves the current state in data\backups\. Meta accounts only return already logged in on the same machine and on the same Windows user — on another PC the projects come back, but you log in the accounts again.

? Common Problems

• "No AI Keys". Activate the license and check it in ⚙️ Settings → API keys for your account. The keys come automatically from your account via serial number — there is no manual typing. Registered now? Click ? Restart app.
• I clicked "Produce selected" and nothing happened. The button is in ⏳ Queuing... while working. Don't click again — it's already locked against duplication. If you duplicated before, use ✂ Take repeats in the Queue.
• Queue stopped. Queue → ▶Continue. Error items have a try again button.
• "Folder not found" / empty library. The video folder has been moved, renamed, or is on a disconnected external hard drive. Connect the disk, point to the folder again and click Index.
• YouTube blocking download or transcription ("Sign in to confirm you're not a bot"). In ⚙️ Settings → YouTube — cookies, point one cookies.txt exported with the extension "Get cookies.txt LOCALLY" while logged in to YouTube. "Browser" mode only works when the browser is closed.
• The video came out without varied scenes. Turn on more media sources, activate Chop downloaded footage and increase Clips per video.
• Slow rendering. Without a GPU, it makes one video at a time on purpose, so as not to crash the PC. Reduce concurrent rendering if your computer becomes heavy.
• I closed the browser and the program continues. Reopen 127.0.0.1:48910 or use ⚙️ Settings → ⏻ Close app to truly close.

• Use News every day. A hot topic yields much more than timeless content — and the program delivers the ready-made script.
• Let scheduling work for you. Produce a large batch once a week and set up 2 per day: the channel publishes itself while you do something else.
