What This Tool Does
Viral Studio Pro AI
Video factory for YouTube channels: you give the theme, the link or the news — it delivers the ready-made video, with narration, media, track, subtitles, cover, SEO and the upload already scheduled on the channel. It runs on your computer (Windows), opens in the browser and doesn't require you to install anything: FFmpeg and everything else are already included.
? What changed in this version
? Autopilot (by design)
In the project form there is a key: ? Autopilot — produce alone every day. When you turn it on, it is ready to use: 06:00, every day, the number of project videos. If you want, change the time, choose the days of the week and the quantity.
The summary rewrites itself as you move, so there is no doubt about what will happen:
With the program open, Mon/Wed/Fri at 07:30 it produces 5 video(s) based on the headlines from its sources, generates cover and SEO and — if the channel is linked below — it is already placed in the upload queue with the project agenda.
What does he do at the scheduled time: reads the project's RSS → chooses new headlines on a rotating basis (not tied to just one website) → researches → writes the script → produces the video → generates cover and SEO → puts it in the project channel's upload queue. If the project does not have registered news sources, it starts from the channel's theme and uses the idea generator.
How it behaves: it only goes off after the set time; wheel once a day, even if you leave the program open all day; if you edit and save the project at 10am, it does not redo the 6am batch; and if production fails, he doesn't keep trying every minute.
Requirement: the program must be open (it can be minimized).
? Publishing calendar that moves with the times
Project created a week ago does not schedule anything in the past. Three simple rules:
Tip: the pilot uses the project schedule. If the project is “1 per day at 10am” and the pilot produces 4 videos, they will go to 10am today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow… Do you want all 4 to come out on the same day? Configure the project schedule as 4 per day with spacing — then he distributes it within the day.
?️ Covers (thumbnail)
The cover now comes turned on by default in all automatic path, including in the pilot — previously it was turned off for those entering through shortcuts.
? The channel stops being a kick
In the project, the button Diagnose channel reads reference channel titles (default 60) and transcripts of most viewed videos, measure the headlines and returns the channel identity, content pillars, and title format that channel actually uses.
Why this matters: Without the diagnosis, a channel fed by a video about Moses becomes a channel just about Moses. With it, the program understands that the channel is about biblical stories — and the titles are in the length and format of the channel, instead of a generic headline.
? Where does the media come from?
You can combine whatever sources you want in the same video:
If the AI fails or the key is not registered, the program drops to the collection alone and the video exits the same way.
?️ Narration and voice cloning
? Automatic upload on YouTube
You add the account and log in through the browser that the program opens — without OAuth and without the YouTube API. Then it detects the account channels (name, @ and photo), and each project points to your channel. The queue allows you to send now, pause, retry failed ones, and clear completed ones. Visibility: public on the scheduled date, unlisted or private.
? Backup before updating
In Settings, a button generates a single file with projects, ideas, queue, YouTube logins, Meta AI profiles, cloned voices and hand-typed keys. Import restores everything. Back up before installing an update and take your entire setup to another computer whenever you want.
⚠️ Known warning
At the end of production, the result screen may display a folder path different from that configured. It's just the message on the screen: The video, cover, and SEO are saved correctly in the folder you chose in the project. Correction is already in progress.

? Configuring API keys (one time)
Dashboard Gato Coins: https://gatocoin.com/admin
At each step: generate the key on the indicated website, return to the dashboard, search exactly the text provided, click on the suggestion, paste the key and save on the red button. Then, within the program, click Settings → Update from Server.
STEP 1 — OpenAI (required)
He is the one who writes the ideas, scripts, titles, descriptions, tags and cover text. Without it, the program cannot produce.
STEP 2 — Pexels (free)
Collection of videos and photos for the scenes.
STEP 3 — Pixabay (free)
Second collection. With both connected, the program repeats much less scene between one video and another.
STEP 4 — AssemblyAI (free to start)
Audio transcription and subtitles when the reference video does not have ready subtitles. New users get free credits.
STEP 5 — kie.ai (optional, for AI-generated media)
Required for AI generation of videos and images and for cover art in paid AI mode. Without it, the program uses collection and Meta AI normally.
STEP 6 — OpenRouter (optional, highly recommended)
It's the automatic plan B: if the OpenAI becomes unstable in the middle of a batch, the program continues here instead of stopping everything. It also generates cover image.
