Flow Automations — series videos in Google Flow, in your own account

O Flow Automations produces an entire series of videos in Google Flow without you sitting in front of the computer pasting prompt by prompt. You tell it what the series is about (or paste in your ready-made prompts), and the program opens Flow in the your Google account, generates scene by scene, downloads each video to the folder you choose and moves on to the next one — alone, until the last scene.

How to enter: the program opens asking for the email and password for your website account — the same one you use here. There is no serial number. If you have just signed up for the plan or registered a key, close and open the program again so it can read everything updated.

What you need before you start

• Windows — the program is ready: you unzip it and double click, without installing anything other than it.
• Google Chrome installed on the computer — it is the window that the program uses to work within Flow.
• A Google account with access to Google Flow and available credits. Your Flow account generates the videos: credits are consumed by your Google plan.
• Internet connected all the time. The program checks your account when opening and from time to time; without internet it does not allow access.

Everything the tool does

1. Series — your work organized by project

Each series is a separate project, with its own name, scene list, output folder, and Flow account. You can have as many as you want and come back to any one later. Benefit: a channel with several themes doesn't become a mess, and nothing is lost when you close the program.

In each series on the list you have at hand: Open and edit, Produce, Resume (redo only what was missing), Start over from scratch (returns all scenes to pending), Rename, Duplicate (copies the configuration to a new series), Open the folder of videos and Delete.

2. Paste your prompts and have them generated

If you already have the prompts written, paste them all at once — one per line — choose the folder and click Generate all. You can also click Just save, without generating to leave the series assembled and produce later. Benefit: It's the quickest way of all: stick it in and get away.

3. Write the prompts with artificial intelligence

Don't have the prompts? The tool writes for you, from five different starting points:

• Just an idea — you write the theme in one line and it creates all the scenes.
• Written script — paste your text or narration and it divides it into visual scenes.
• Legend with times — paste a subtitle with time stamps and each excerpt becomes a scene, respecting the rhythm of the video.
• Narration audio — send the finished audio; the program listens, marks the times and transforms them into scenes.
• Ready prompts — you write it yourself, without any artificial intelligence.

You choose how many scenes want and the visual style from the entire series: cinematographic, documentary, anime, cartoon, realistic, vintage or nocturnal. Benefit: the scenes come out in the same visual mood from beginning to end, which is what makes it look like a single video and not a bunch of loose clips.

4. Consistent character — the same person in every scene

Upload one to five photos of the character (JPG, PNG or WEBP) and turn on the option. The tool uses photos as reference in each scene and even rewrites the scene text to maintain the same characteristics. There are two ways:

• Quick — photos straight to video: attaches the reference and generates the video. It costs less and is faster.
• Caprichado — image of the scene before the video: First create an image of the scene with the character and only then turn it into a video. It looks more similar, spends more credits.

There is also a field observations (for example: “always with a white coat”). Benefit: channels with a fixed presenter, mascot or story character stop changing faces in the middle of the series.

5. Scene Editor

Before producing, you see the list of numbered scenes, edit the text of any of them, add a new scene, remove what you don't want and save. Benefit: correcting a sentence takes a few seconds; Remaking the video costs credits.

6. Choice of model, format and quantity

• Video Template: Veo 3.1 Lite (standard, the least expensive), Omni Flash (fast), Veo 3.1 Fast (middle ground) and Veo 3.1 Quality (best finish and the most expensive).
• Format: horizontal 16:9 (YouTube) or vertical 9:16 (Shorts, Reels, TikTok).
• Versions per scene: from 1 to 4. A version is the one that uses the least; More versions give you options to choose the best one.

Benefit: You decide where to spend credits — test the series on the cheapest model and carefully redo only the scenes that are worth it.

7. Production that runs alone

Clicked Produce the series, the program takes care of the rest: writes the scene in Flow, waits for the video to be ready, downloads the file to your folder, gives it a name with the number and subject of the scene and moves on to the next one. On the screen you can see what scene you are in and what is happening. If a scene is rejected by Flow because of its content, the tool rewrites the text and tries again, rather than crashing the entire series.

During production you have See progress, View the Flow window (brings the browser to the front so you can check with your own eyes), Pause (ends after current scene) and Stop production now (closes everything immediately; what has already left is saved and the rest goes back to the queue).

8. Work without disturbing the computer

• Leave the browser window off-screen: the browser is still open and working, it's just not in front of you.
• Work in the background (low priority): the rest of the computer remains fast while the series is produced.
• Use the Flow lazy queue: When your Google plan offers this queue, you take advantage of it.

Benefit: You can produce a series of 30 scenes and continue using the computer normally.

9. Redeem what is already ready in your account

The button Download ready brings clips that have already been generated within your Flow account to your computer. Benefit: If the internet went down in the middle, or if you generated something directly on the website, you don't need to generate it again or spend credit again.

10. Google Flow Account

In Connect account the program opens a normal Chrome window for you to log into your Google account — you type, no one types for you, and your password is not stored within the program. The account is remembered on that computer and can be removed whenever you want. You can prepare more than one account and choose which series uses which.

There is also Recalibrate the screen: When Google changes the look of Flow, this button makes the program relearn where the buttons are.

11. Interface in 6 languages

Flags in the upper right corner: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German and Japanese. The exchange is instantaneous, without restarting.

12. Bug Report Button

If something goes wrong, click Download bug report (the file falls into your downloads folder) or in Copy report and paste it into the service. This is how support finds out what happened, without you needing to look for any files. The report does not contain your password or keys.

Settings — where everything is on the screen

• Save videos to — button Choose folder, within the series. It is already pointed to your videos folder; the button Open folder shows the result in Windows.
• Flow Account — within the series, choose which connected account will be used. Default: the last one you used.
• Video template — Veo 3.1 Lite standard, which consumes the least credits.
• Format — horizontal standard 16:9.
• Versions per scene — pattern 1.
• Visual style e how many scenes — in the block to write the prompts with artificial intelligence.
• Consistent character — own block, with photos, observations and the choice between quick and neat.
• Off-screen window, low priority e Flow slow queue — boxes in the production area. Low priority is already switched on.
• Language — little flags at the top right.

Everything is adjusted through the interface: you never need to touch a file, type a command or configure anything externally.

Step by step

1. Open the program and enter the email and password for your website account.
2. Click Connect account and sign in to the Google account that has Google Flow. This is only once per computer.
3. Click New series and give it a name.
4. Take the Path: Paste Your Ready Prompts or open Write the prompts with AI, choose the starting point (idea, script, subtitle, audio or ready-made prompts), say how many scenes and the style, and click Write the prompts.
5. Check the scenes in the list and adjust the text of what you didn't like.
6. If the series has a fixed character, call Consistent character and send 1 to 5 photos.
7. Choose the folder, o model, o format and how many versions per scene.
8. Click Produce the series and leave it working. Follow the progress on the screen.
9. Finished: click Open the folder and your videos are there, numbered in the order of the scenes.

Did it stop in the middle (you paused, the internet went down, the computer turned off)? Open the series and click Take up what was missing: she continues where she left off, without redoing what was already done.

Required API Keys

“API Key” is the password that unlocks an artificial intelligence service for your account. They register on the website panel, never within the program — it doesn't ask for a key and doesn't show a key. If your plan already includes artificial intelligence, you don't need to register anything: the program uses the plan's intelligence automatically.

Important: If you register or change a key with the program open, close and open the program again — it reads the keys when opened.

None of these keys generate video: generation is always done by your Google Flow account, with credits from your Google plan. The keys above are only used to write the texts of the scenes and to understand the audio of the narration.

Requirements and limits

• Videos consume credits from your Google Flow account. Better models and more versions per scene consume more.
• Narration audio: mp3, wav, m4a, ogg, opus, aac, flac, mp4 or webm, with up to 300MB.
• Character photos: JPG, PNG or WEBP, 1 to 5 per series.
• Video formats available in Flow: 16:9 and 9:16.
• The program runs one copy at a time on the same computer — opening two would disrupt ongoing production.
• While a series is being produced, some actions are blocked on purpose (switching accounts, recalibrating the screen, downloading ready, deleting series). Pause first.
• A black window opens along with the program: it shows what is happening, and closing it ends the program.

Common problems and how to solve them

• “Log back into your account” — your session has crashed (plan expired, account opened on another computer or internet outage). Log in again and click Take up what was missing; nothing that has already been completed is lost.
• The screen says that the writing artificial intelligence is not enabled — if you have just signed up for the plan or registered the key on the panel, close and open the program. In the meantime, you can write the prompts by hand using the option Ready prompts.
• Google asks “I’m not a robot” — click View the Flow window, check the box on the screen that appears and order production to resume.
• “Your Flow account is no longer logged in” — click Connect account and sign in to your Google account again.
• Google changed the look of Flow and production stalled — click Recalibrate the screen and produce again.
• Flow credits are over — production stops and warns. Renew the credits in your Google account and click Take up what was missing.
• “This folder does not exist yet” or can't save — choose a folder of your own (Videos, Documents, Desktop). System folders are often read-only.
• Seems stuck — click View the Flow window and see with your own eyes where you are. If it still seems strange, use Stop everything now and then Take up what was missing.
• Any other error — click Download bug report and send the file to support. This is how the problem is resolved quickly.
